Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

We are looking for outstanding College Graduates and Post Graduates meeting following requisites.

Criteria 1:

70% Marks must be achieved in 10th ; 12th; Graduation; and Post graduation

Criteria 2:

80% Marks in atleast in two of the standards out of four (10th, 12th, Graduation or PG)

Criteria 3:

Technical and Solution Consultants must have PCM in their 12th and Science or Engineering in Graduation

Criteria 4:

Exceptional Verbal Vocal and Visual Communications

3V Test will be conducted

Criteria 5:

Outstanding Written Communications

WC Test will be conducted

Those who did not study in English Medium from Class 12th onwards are not eligible unless they have TOEFL high Score

to complete this gap. 

Criteria 6:

Core Competency Test on one of the technologies

(Upon Training*)

Cloud / SaaS Sales or Pre-Sales

Cloud/ SaaS Technical Implementation

Development (Java; Dot.Net; PHP; or Web)

NOTE:

Candidates who studied their Graduation in Non-English Mediums are not eligible to participate in the Launchpad Program even if they have high score in TOEFL

Candidates with no experience are preferred;

Experienced Candidates are welcome provided they have worked in a company for not less than 2 years without changing the jobs.
