The Watson Lab Services India team is looking for Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers to develop business solutions based on IBM Watson technology. The ideal candidate should have a strong education background in Computer Science / Computer Applications Development with strong analytical skills.
Very strong expertise in Java / J2EE programming using Eclipse tools
Experience with SOA and Web Services (SOAP / REST)
Strong Database skills (DB2, Oracle, etc)
Strong ability to write efficient parsers, tune and optimize dynamic queries
Knowledge of distributed systems
Usage of software lifecycle tools (Rational Team Concert / Rational Clearcase, etc)
Good communication skills / Soft skills / Out-of-box thinking
Exposure to Healthcare and Financial domains
