o Leading/Mentoring at least 2+ member team
o Design experience of GWT/Java based applications
o At least 1+ yr relevant experience in GWT programming using MVP, Places and Activities
o Good Programming Skills in Java, Servlets, EJB using Annotations
o Work Experience in JPA/Hibernate and Oracle.
o Experience in RAD, Eclipse IDE
