Job Description :
1. Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for India sales team
2. Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
3. Positioning Newgen with various industry stakeholders
4. Plan, control and direct activities of Newgen sales teams to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from existing and potential markets.
5. Planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
6. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
7. Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries
8. Create Newgens visibility in different areas through participating in events and road-shows. Represent Newgen in Seminars, Webinars and in social media.
9. Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
10. Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
11. Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
12. Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
13. Monitor the performance, driving optimum utilization, people and business strategies.
14. Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization) OR (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization) OR ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
Engineering and or Management Graduate from premier institutes (IITs, IIMs) with 12-15 years of sales and marketing experience in:
1. Selling Software Products/Solutions across multiple regions in India
2. Working with large SIs / Partners on large and complex deals
3. Selling across multiple industry segments like BFSI, BPO/SSC and Government vertical experience is desirable
4. Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis
5. Leading and building a team of highly motivated and skilled sales professionals
6. Measuring, Directing and Monitoring team performance and progress
7. Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.
8. Driving common interest with effective problem solving skills
