Job Description The testing specialist will work in a nationally distributed team environment. The candidate must be passionate about software quality assurance (SQA) with a strong desire to continually improve upon the status-quo.
Minimum Position Requirements:
Min 11 + yrs of exp
MCA/ B.E / B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science / IT/Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
Comprehensive knowledge in Software Engineering practice is essential.
Overall 8 years+ in software development including 4 years minimum experience in software quality assurance, test planning and test execution required
2+ years SAP Software Quality Assurance experience within one or more modules required
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Demonstrated capability in Quality Planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
Demonstrated task leadership skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent teaming, facilitation, and collaborative skills
Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, and ability to work independently when required
Desired Profile Desired Skills:
Experience with SAP testing and test tools highly desired.
Experience with Requirements Management and Analysis
End user experience in SAP ECC is desired, but not required
