Job Description :
Technical / Customer Support Specialist International Voice required with the following skill set:
Excellent Spoken English skill is a MUST
Minimum of 1 Year of BPO Experience is a MUST
Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
Excellent communication skills with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport.
Strong interpersonal skills & Strong analytical skills.
Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems including simple networking and wireless) .
Aptitude for understanding and quick learning of new technology.
5 days/week (2 Week Offs)
Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)

Take responsibility for owning and resolving customer issues ensuring that an exceptional customer experience is delivered on every contact.
Quickly identify customer dissatisfaction and take every opportunity to apologize, recover the Customers' perception and deliver an outstanding experience.
Take responsibility for ownership and delivery of own KPI targets.
Positively welcome coaching and feedback to continually improve own performance.
Work effectively as part of a team, share best practice and contribute to the success of the team.
Providing a positive contribution to the team and business by identifying better ways of doing things while maintaining an excellent understanding of the role and knowing how it fits into the organization. Suggest ways to improve how we work.
Good To Have:
Experience of working with distressed customers.
User level knowledge of Apple Mac Operating Systems.
User level knowledge of email for communication.
User level knowledge of Smart Phones, Tablets and similar devices.
Diagnostic experience with Microsoft and Apple products.
