Job Description  

Overview: 

As an IT Recruiter at TIBCO India, you will be based at our Pune Centre. You will be part of the recruitment team focussing on staffing for the TIBCO Services Team. You will focus on sourcing quality active and passive technical candidates with TIBCO and related skills. 

Responsibilities: 

-Sourcing technical candidates per the requirements of the hiring managers

-Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post/share internally and externally

-Using social media recruitment tools for sourcing active and passive technical candidates

-Sourcing and hiring with minimal lead time

-Thoroughly phone-screening all candidates before recommending to the hiring manager

-Develop pipeline by targeting and engaging with passive candidates throughout sourcing process; identifying talent, sourcing, screening and selling

-Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates

-Handling the recruitment process from sourcing to post offer follow-up (scheduling interviews, updating records in system at each process level, creating offer letter and supporting documents, soliciting and documenting interview feedbacks)

-Building internal database and network of technical candidates

-Maintaining recruitment MIS and database

-Using and updating internal application tracking system from sourcing to joining

Desired Profile -Graduate ( Preferably computer Science)/post-graduate IT -Recruiter with 2-4 years experience preferably with a IT-MNC

-Experience in sourcing IT professionals using social media tools

-Hands on experience of sourcing and entire recruitment cycle

-Good understanding of IT skills and technologies

-Ability to use MS office softwares; Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint effectively

-Willing to travel for weekend drives to various locations

-Self-motivated and quality process oriented

-Ability to quickly and continuously learn and internalize

-Superlative communication and strong ethics

-Candidates certified as recruitment analyst (CRA) will be preferred

-Local candidates will be preferred
