Responsibilities

- Develop and execute test scenarios/cases for the requirements

- Maintain and update the test scenarios/cases for regression and application changes

- Document defects in defect tracking tool and track them to closure

- Perform smoke and regression testing for releases

- Collate and publish defect metrics for the releases

- Manage test environment used for testing

Requirements

************

- Must have two to four years of application testing experience, preferably banking/trading applications

- Basic knowledge on SQL/Unix

- Working knowledge on some defect tracking tool, preferably Test Director

- Should be able understand contents of test plan and have basic knowledge on test planning/estimation/metrics

- It would be an added advantage if the candidate has knowledge on Forex/Money market/Fixed Income domains

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Team oriented and should have ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers

Experience: 2-4 Years of experience in Functional Testing

Mandatory Skill: Functional Testing (Investment Banking or Capital Market)
