# 5+ years
# Mandatory - Indepth knowledge of AIX system adminstration, user creation, file/directory permissions, LVM, loading of software and system patches , TCP/IP concepts, NFS, NIS, DNS, storage concepts, performance tuning, write and debug shell scripts
# Desirable - High availability hands on experience( HACMP ), knowledge of LPARs, HMC, working knowledge on TSM.
Desirable - Knowledge of any other flavour of Unix - HP-UX, Solaris, Linux
