Job Description : Technical Skill: Good understanding of Siebel Fundamentals. Strong experience in the Siebel CRM product suite preferably in Automobile domain Deep knowledge of Order Management & Fulfillment, Service, Marketing Deep knowledge of out of the box (OOB) functionalities and Siebel best practices Expertise in understanding business needs & requirements, mapping to OOB functionalities, performing gap analyses and designing solutions Training/ Qualification in a recognized analysis methodology (preferably UML/ Use cases) " Non- Technical Skills: Good Communication Skills. Domain: Any domain. However experience in implementing Siebel Automobile will be a huge plus BA Experience: Atleast 3- 4 full life cycle implementation.
