Walk-In Interviews for IT Recruiters (Freshers) and Experienced Account Managers / Business Development Managers on MONDAY and TUESDAY (1st and 2nd of July 2013)

Timings: Anytime after 4.00 PM IST to 9.00 PM IST

Able to work in night shifts; Should work in EST Timings (6.30pm 3.30am IST)

Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing Consulting sales business in USA
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in to US IT Staffing Industry
Proven ability to source top talent through all possible ways like Job Portals, Contacts & References
Understand prospective clients business objectives and match those with deliverable
Act as the primary interface between Company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements.
Motivated, positive inspirational attitude & strong desire to succeed
Desire to advance in a fast paced business environment, good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
Ability to work effectively in team environments.
Regularly communicate with the recruiting team to identify good candidates/employees to place with target accounts.
Ability to manage a recruiting team.
Self-motivated and aggressive.
Salary:INR 1,25,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Performance based Incentives and Increments
