Systech is looking for potential candidates with a passion towards recruiting, to join our US Recruiting Team (PST). The candidate should be a self motivated individual with high energy levels, great networking skills, capable of taking ownership and adapting to the demands of a rapidly growing organization.
SAP RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IN MANDATORY!
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source and screen SAP candidates
Source candidates using resume databases, internet searching, networking, and cold calling.
Conducting telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews.
Update and maintain applicant tracking database.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions Highly result-oriented, accountability and ownership.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 Years experience in US recruiting out of which 2 Years in SAP Recruiting
Should have great communication skills.
Need to have fair understanding of all SAP Modules
Desired Profile
5+ Years of US Recruiting Experience
Atleast 2 Years in handling SAP Hiring for US Market
Should have extensively worked in recruiting W2, 1099, Corp-Corp, C2H.
Should be well versed on All US Taxations
Experience 5 - 10 Years
