B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with basic knowledge OS & networking concepts

Must have outstanding WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Process Nature: Voice based troubleshooting

Willing to work in shifts (Rotational night shifts)
Salary : Best in the Industry

Graduation is mandatory

Job Description:

Handling US customers and providing technical support
Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues
Should possess strong knowledge on high-end network concepts
Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support
