Excellent communications, interpersonal and analytical skills. Should have worked in internal communications team in other companies. Should have Good attitude and People handling / coordination Skills/ Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.This person is responsible for Internal Communications ( WFE) for Bharati accounts. The role reports into the Manager, Workforce and Field Enablement, India/ SA & takes direction from the BU Team lead for Communications as well as the Managing Director of the account. Key Responsibilities of the role Develop a deep understanding of business strategy both IBMs and the account. Understanding of IBMs strategies, how these relate to the Account and embed them into the Communications strategy. Working with the Leadership Team to identify, develop and manage effective communications strategies and plans for initiatives/ issues that will impact employees; Developing and executing an Internal Communications plan for the year; Ensuring the communications strategy is integrated with the broader IBM India/ SA strategy and not conflicting of any other BU strategy. Communicating to the client to showcase IBMs relationship and how we provide a differentiated client experience. Ongoing evaluation, measurement and improvement of internal communication plan. Exec Communications: Manage the Team/ Qtrly update( All hands call) & Employee engagement activities for the Project Executive * More than 12 years of desired experience required * This role requires strong internal communication skills Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical This person will be responsible driving WFE activities for the Business unit aimed at the internal audience. The person will need to be communications specialist, and look at maintaining channels for internal communication, and driving Executive & Business scorecard communication. This person will have to conceptulise, execute & measure impact of activities they roll out for the internal audience.IBM Workforce & Field Enablement (WFE) professionals infuse IBMs brand and culture to bring out the full potential of every IBMer and therefore in IBM. content skills and communication skills is required. People with Executive communication background will be preferred. Previous work experience in using Digital media will be an added advantage IBM WFE professionals accomplish this by shaping, creating and delivering the experiences that enable employees to be at their best across five core capabilities (building eminence as well as expertise; developing a network of experts and expertise; collaborating on a global basis; harnessing innovation; acting to achieve impact) and thereby become more authentic representatives of the IBM brand. IBM WFE professionals define enablement strategies, quality standards and guidelines to integrate enablement around the needs and interests of the recipient, not the sender. They provide a core set of enablement guidance business units to action and lead a management system which fosters collaboration across BUs on cross- IBM initiatives, integrating material from multiple sources for each community of IBMers to be enabled.
