Job Description

Job Specific
Identify work procedures to prepare schedule & expedite workflow.
Communicate & ensure smooth workflow between various divisions & departments.
Ensure effective liaison maintain good communication with regional respective deptts, vendor & other associates.
Responsible for maintain all regional store assets & their accountability & send the Qtry report to senior.
Vendor development & coordination with them for respective maintain work.
Submission of weekly report on time to head office.
Prepare specific tasks as assigned by senior.
Work in safe manner at all times & report any accident immediately.
Upon receipt of LOI/instruction, conduct site visit, joint measurement etc.
Assess required work & discuss with concerned official & take possession of the site.
Visit the site & inform/report the periodic development of the work or any difficulty in the project time to time
After receipt of approved lay out shall start the project and adhere to the timeline work sheet for completion of project.
After completion of project in all respect shall hand over the site to operation with checklist.
Shall conduct joint measurement of site with vendor for the purposes of invoice & report to Territory Manager.
Shall coordinate with the branch Manager on behalf of Project Department for regional matter.
Maintenance of the site registers with updated remarks and ensure delivery.
Candidate Profile:
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Prioritize & meet deadlines
Must be pro active in his approach & attitude
Strong notice to details attitude & sharp focus skills.
Strong hand on computers & MIS Reports
Have strong network with local agencies.
Have good knowledge of market
Good understanding of Pricing & costing.
