Job Description
Key Task & Activities:
Ensuring 100 % accuracy in processing.
Scrutinize the scanned document in wonders and cross check with the recorded information in Life Asia.
Processing transactions as per daily routine
Match with the daily targets and be in line with the TAT provided by the inward department.
To ensure that TATs for processing are achieved consistently for all transactions
Processing & servicing of policy documents.
Ensure NIL pending for the given cases in servicing.
Do minor and major changes in the policy as per the customers request.
Minor Change e.g. Change in name, address, etc
Major Changes e.g. Cancellation of policy, transfer funds to new
Surrender policy or any such major alteration.
Responsible for handling customer related queries.
Coordination with the Underwriting for Conventional and Unit Linked plans requiring medical test.
Coordination with the Branch operations for any kind of queries, changes, clarification etc.
Contribution in team activities.
Achieving individual productivity & performance levels.
Adherence to Quality standards and norms.
Suggest & implement improvements in processes & service levels.
Good Analytical skills.
Good concentration
Should possess good written and communication skills
Exposure to multi skills
Proficient in system usage / computer knowledge.
Must be willing to work late hours.
Freshers with First Class in Graduation is must.
