CPG Domain Consultant - Sales and Marketing
Job Description TCS is looking to hire an individual having a proven and well documented sales track record in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (Food, Beverage, Household & Personal Care products). The ideal candidate should have a mix of experience in the following sales functions sales planning, category leadership, customer development, sales analytics, administration, communication, customization, technology and trade development. The incumbent could have also worked as a consultant in the sales area / domain with significant experience consulting for developing sales strategy and business processes with leading CPG manufacturers. Some of roles associated with the position would include
Build a strong solution offering for CPG companies in the sales and marketing space
Drive Trade promotion initiatives
Drive Consumer engagement strategies using Digital Media tools
Assist clients in developing new category management standard by creating innovative solutions that grow the business for both the client and its retail partners
Synthesize channel intelligence and analytical insights into retail account-specific presentations to drive volume through increased effective distribution and more frequent and effective promotion and merchandising.
Proactively look for potential opportunities to position effective sales solutions
Capability of deliver the solution developed, along with the benefits and efficiencies identified
Responsible for establishing trust with clients and become their preferred and valued contact for key retail account decision makers
Help TCS Pioneer in the CPG S&M space
The Prospect
Proven domain experience of a around 10 years of sales and marketing experience with leading CPG companies or in Consulting Organizations in the S & M area
Proficiency in operating and interpreting syndicated data
The ideal candidate should have a diverse experience in sales and marketing functions
Strong organizational, written/oral communication, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, Adobe, and Space Planning Plus skills
