As the Coatings Engineer Trainee at our facility in Flora, IL., you will utilize your experience and talents to gain the knowledge and experience required to take on the duties and responsibilities of a Production Engineer - Coatings within the plant via the Coatings Engineer Training Process
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Observes experienced workers and performs engineering tasks to acquire knowledge of methods, processes, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
Receives training in the daily operations of the NAL manufacturing plant
