Walkin for Corporate KYC/AML experts on 3rd August 2013 - Senior Analyst

Job Description - Senior Analysts / 4-Eye

Have to come with thorough knowledge in KYC policies and procedures

Must be strong in communication

Must have the capability to take quick decision

Must guide and upscale 2 eye in all areas in short time

Key responsibility of 4-eyes is to check the work done by the 2-eyes

They would be performing all the activities described for 2-Eye

In addition, they would be performing the following

o Identify training needs of the Analysts (2-eyes)

o Drive improvements and give feedback to the Analysts (2-eyes)

o Do metric gap analysis and define action plans

o Raise red flags timely when process quality does not meet SLA and may lead to client escalations

o Involve in client calls, meetings, reviews and visits as requested by AM / Manager / Senior Manager / other designated officer

o Observe individual transactions or monitor to find out best practices and improvement opportunities

o Support Training team by identifying areas of training

o Raise quality awareness through formal and informal trainings on various aspects

o Conduct training and coaching sessions for agents / new hires, on process and quality parameters

We require candidate with 1 to 3yrs of above experience.

Immediete Joinees would be preferred.
