Should have Strong Java, J2EE (JDBC, Servlets, EJB, Struts and JSP) development experience Experience in client- server programming Excellent Knowledge on XMLs and Design Patterns Should have working experience in DB2 and/ or Oracle SQLs Should have excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Experience in customer facing roles is an added advantage Should be self- motivated and a quick learner. Should have prior experience in handling small teams (3- 5 members) Should have the capability to manage small sized projects and provide regular status updates. Team Leading & COTS product customization experience would be an advantage Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues simultaneously Good analytical and troubleshooting skills * 5 to 7 years of desired experience required * 16 or more years of education required Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical Java, J2EE RDBMS (DB2/ Oracle) Struts Framework Web Services Softtware Designing (e.g., UML) Analytical and troubleshooting skills Communications Skills (oral & written)
