Job Description :
Key Responsibility
Sales Management Process and Content Management- Incentive Disbursement on time & Relevance of Content
Sales Effectiveness (incl Sales R&R) Effective Administration of Northstar, Strike Force, Circle Combat, Hero
Skill Set Development:- Ensure DSE/PSR/RM/ASM Induction and PEP1 delivery. Organize special and need based trainings for sales channel as per requirement
Develop new promotions for driving sales as well as execution of regular promotion programs
Monitor competitor activities on a periodic basis to develop trade engagement activities
To lead and ensure deployment of common sales practices across all zones ensuring standardization of processes followed by channel partners, contract sales force and Vodafone sales force
Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A
