Knowledge on multiple BMC product families.

Certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Deep knowledge and certification on full suite BMC solutions.

Familiar with other IT management technologies.

Working knowledge of IT operations and management.

Strong customer interaction skills and ability to lead workshops.

Ability to work independently in achieving stated objectives.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to take direction independently in achieving stated objectives.

Ability to interface at all levels within an organization, technical to senior management.

Strong technical knowledge of at least multiple operating systems environment.

Ability to lead others in achieving stated objectives

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise, coordinated presentation and advice to customers based on input from customers, sales, technical services, development and own professional experience.
