Job Description:
Job Responsibilities will include,
The prime objective of a Sales & Service Engineer (SSE) is to maximize the sale of the company's range of products in an identified territory / market and provide the necessary support / service to customers.
JOB PROFILE :
* Prepare and follow a customer-wise visit plan for every month.
* Understand applications and identify suitable products for such application.
* Provide sales and service support to new and existing customers in the designated territory.
* Achieve the set sales targets for the territory.
* Continuously aim at increasing the market share for the company's products.
* Participate in exhibitions and other sales promotion / marketing activities of the company.
* Ensure collection of payments as per agreed business terms.
* Ensure proper and timely delivery of goods as per customer order Instructions.
* Ensure adherence to documentation requirements of the customer, processing GRN's etc.
* Keep track of competition and their activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
* The Candidate must be young, dynamic and energetic with 4 - 10 years experience in "On-field Sales" of Industrial products to end-users and a clear ambition to make a career in sales.
* Good presentation and negotiation skills.
* Must be having at least 2 Years working experience in Pune area like Chakan, Ranjangaon and other MIDCs
* Good Communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, in addition to the local language.
* Experienced in Mass - Marketing programmes like participation in trade fairs, hosting workshops, etc.
* Must be a good Learner.
* Computer Literacy and Graduation in any field of Engineering.
* Additional Post Graduate Qualification will be given due recognition.
SALARY OFFERED : 25k to 40k/ - per month based upon experience and capability.
Candidate with any company from Manufacturing Industry will do and with good exp ie minimum 2.4 years exp in current company with very good knowledge and exp in local area like Chakan and Ranjangaon in pune
