We are experiencing tremendous growth and seeking "Top Quality Talent", Quality Assurance/Quality Control Managers and Quality Engineers.

QA/QC Manager assumes the day-to-day responsibility for managing the Quality Assurance (QA) organization as well as supervising the Special Projects Manager, 

Metallurgist/Laboratory Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor and their direct reports 

Responsibilities 

• Manages the internal quality audit system to include training and certification of Internal Quality Auditors 

• Establishes, implements, monitors and enforces work instructions that support the group's quality policies and procedures. 

• Supports and makes recommendations for continual improvement of processes, group policies and procedures.

• Provides necessary training and performance rating to the organization on annual basis. 

• Interacts with all departments concerning supplier and customer quality issues. 

• As a member of the Management Team, this manager will control cost in line with the Business Plan and will actively participate in pursuing all avenues to grow the business. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Must Have Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as QA or QC Manager in a manufacturing environment

• Engineer Degree

• Experience in O&G Industry 

• Constructing Quality Plans, Manufacturing Process Plans, Inspection and Test Plans

• ISO 9001:2008 standard and direct experience in its implementation

• Knowledge of API Q1 quality system

• Familiarity in dealing with multi-site manufacturing environments

• Must have problem solving methodologies
