Job Description:

Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients.

Responsible for collections and following up with Insurance Companies on pending claims.

Business to Business calling (no sales calls).

Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes.

To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances.
