Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Ensure accurate number of manpower in Blade Vertical
Ensure approved OCs , Budget & JDs in place. Implement the Manpower budget as formulated by
corporate and Business and plan in terms of short term and long term manpower numbers and
specifications
Finalize contracts with labour unions and maintain relationships to ensure smooth operations
Define the recruitment plan for the India Region based on the broad guidelines for EC minus 3 and
below
Learning and Development
Support the regional blades team with understanding of business needs & challenges
Ensure the training need identification and implementation of training calendar in the vertical
Track, monitor and report employee development planning
Work with the corporate Learning and Development team to oversee the development of the varied
training initiatives and ensure their alignment with the training needs of the business
Ensure effective implementation of performance management
Pre PMS Inputs to corporate for improved & effective PMS
Ensure target setting for all the EC minus 3 and below employees
Facilitate the discussion among line managers and employees
Monitor compliance to performance management time schedules and ensure timely performance assessment
Collate and aggregate all data from the plants and maintain bell curve.
Timely submission to corporate
Grievance Handling
Establish legal Compliances
Acquire certifications to ensure legal compliance in offices and factories
Create conducive working conditions and facilities in offices and factories
Develop the plant HR team
Develop subordinates through job rotation, coaching and guidance
Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance
Ensure alignment of plants to central objectives with uniform understanding & reporting
