Job Description: Playing the role of the Specialist HR Interface & Internal Face of HR and providing real-time single-window service to the concerned Business Heads and all employees on all their HR related requirements, issues and concerns.
1. Working with the HR Admn team and jointly handle activities in respect of - HR info and employee documents, time keeping & leave administration, handling of employee transfers, discipline, security, & all such other admntv matters, right to the stage of conducting the Exit Intrvws and recording and analyzing the issues leading to separations and the Full-and-final settlement to the separating employees.
2. Handling all queries employees and managers, particularly in respect of policy and procedure routines and interpretations and ensuring that all such requirements are dealt with in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
3. Facilitating the process by which the business groups OD, HRD and Career Development initiatives, including the concerned systems and processes and their administration, are jointly handle with the Manpower Enablement Team (of CHR).
4. Coordinating forums such as - Open House, Grievance Handling Forum, Suggestion Schemes and the like.
5. Devising and promoting stress-relieving events and processes and quality-of-life improvement welfare schemes, including on-going education programs, colloquia, promoting Interest Group activities, sports and recreational facilities, socials and get-togethers schemes and the like.
1) Recruitment Scrutinizing different channels of recruitment and selecting the most effective recruitment strategy, Screening and short listing of various headhunting firms, Holding initial interviews/tests, Final salary negotiation.
2) Employee joining formalities Preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, Formulating the salary structure of new joinees, Inducting new joinees, Issuing ID cards and access cards
3)Preparation and compilation of HR reports Maintenance of HRIS, Billable headcount report, Month wise headcount report, Month wise attrition report, Hiring status report, Environment health and safety report, Recruitment tracking sheet, Attendance and leave management
4)Development / Implementation/ Administration of workplace related policies/ procedures
5)Performance Appraisal Training Need Identification through Appraisals, Designing of the Synopsis, Questionnaire, Methodology, Collection and interpretation of data, Presenting the findings and recommendations to top management and implementation of the Corrective actions.
6)Training & Development Training Need Analysis, Scrutinizing consultants to impart training, Organizing training program, Analysis of the Feedback of the Training Program, Projecting the results of training program to senior management
7) Employee welfare Events & Cultural Management, Organizing; Team Outing, Meetings, Birthday Celebrations General administration of the facility, Responsible for efficient day to day operations/functions for the following areas: Handling claims with regards to food bills, medical reimbursement, Leave travel allowance, leave salary and final settlement of the employees. Constant follow up with the client. Salary negotiation and final placement of the candidates. Formulate training program for project trainees, Handle internal recruitment. Work on Business development of the organization.
