Relevant Experience: The candidate should have a Telecom, Wireless/Wireline/Applicaions background and should have spent at least 8-10 years in a Business Development role.
Education qualifications: BE/M-Tech & MBA from a reputed Institute
Job Description:
1. Work with Sales and Delivery teams to develop new business models and recommend implementation strategy.
2. Manage Client interfaces and farm accounts for new business / growth.
3. Work and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders during Pre-sales / Sales cycle.
4. Create and coordinate Responses to RFP, RFI.
5. Provide Pre-Sales and Sales support to regional / Account Sales teams.
6. Analyze and track P&L at a BU / SBU Level. Ensure, correct and timely invoicing.
7. Work with Sales for NOI, PO, and Payment tracking with clients.
8. Work with engineering and functions to establish and implement cost efficiency and margin improvement plan for the projects.
9. Work with engineering monitor and track key engineering or business parameters like quality, CSAT - Identify deficiencies & scope of improvement & make effective planning & execution to improve that.
10. Work with the various teams to develop and establish the procedures for implementing various business models.
11. Work with client along with internal stakeholders on different agreement viz. NDA, SOW, MSA etc.
Skills:
1. Good knowledge of Telco commercial in the areas of wireless/Wireline/Applications.
2. Ability to understand customer requirements, manage customer requirements and ability to have a big picture view of the whole solution.
3. Possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in customer engagement with is a definite plus.
4. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word is a MUST.
5. Ability to work in distributed teams and coordinating tasks between them and converging to the final solution.
6. Self motivated individual willing to take ownership of transactions and drive them to closure.
7. Flexibility to coordinate between different time zones.
