Senior .NET Developer - .NET / SOA / ASP.NET - A leading environmental services company is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to work on high profile systems leading a team of around 4-6 developers - .NET / SOA / MVC / ASP.NET
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior .NET Developer with team lead experience and extensive experience of full lifecycle Microsoft technologies. This is a significant project and is going to offer the successful candidate a chance to make a real impact on the business as well as further their career in an organisation that offers fantastic growth opportunities.
The successful Senior .NET Developer will have in depth experience of .NET 4 as well as working as a team lead and will have a strong understanding of design patterns and practices.
Skills and experience:-
*Microsoft Web Application Frameworks (ASP.NET/MVC)
*Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 + .NET 4 development stack
*Team Foundation 2010 source control
*Design patterns and practices
*WCF and web services
*Excellent database skills including ORM technologies
*TDD (Test driven development ) and mocking
*Demonstrable experience architecting and/or developing with Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
This role will appeal to a lead developer looking to work with a global organisation where they are able to make a real impact and get noticed at a senior level.
The senior Technical Developer is paying up to £55K + bonus and benefits and is based from Cannock, easily commutable from Birmingham, Tamworth and surrounding areas.
