Qualifications:

-Minimum 10+2 passed candidates can apply. Minimum 2 yrs of full time experience is required.

-Medium of education should have been English

-Diploma (3yrs) from a recognized Govt. institute.

-Graduate freshers

Skill Requirements:

-Proficient with English language – written and spoken both

-Ability to converse in English fluently

-Should have minimal regional influence on their spoken English accent. Ideal candidate should have neutral accent.

-Ability to comprehend US/UK accent

-Should be ready to work in shifts

Preference would be given to candidates:

-With International Call Center experience

-Experienced in troubleshooting computer software (OS) and hardware

-With any recognized technical certifications (e.g. MCSE, CCNA, etc.)
