Job Description
MIS Reporting that captures and reports data with accuracy and reporting data and analysis to management from time to time
a. Co-ordination with all departments to regularly track and analyse key performance indicators
b. Collation of data and reporting - Expenses and Income trackers,
c. Inventory tracking and analysis
d. After Sales Tracker analysis
e. Productivity analysis
f. MIS on Car Margin calculations,
g. Incentive calculations
h. Any other analysis and data reporting required
Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting of Operations on weekly, bi-monthly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Basis.
a. Preparation of Trial Balance, BS & PNL
b. Monthly Closing, Ledger Scrutiny
c. MAP with KPIs Comparing with AOP
d. Assist in Board and review presentations
a. Support Senior and the Finance Team in Accounting & Commercial Aspects of Business
b. Assist in DBM Reporting and METIS updation
c. Assist in Dealer Data Analysis

The candidate must have positive attitude and energy. Should be proactive in understanding the business and the reporting structures required by the management. Candidate should co-ordinate with all departments in both the locations for collation of information, data analysis and review. Should be able to support the Corporate in MIS requirements and assist in day to day accounts function.
The candidate should have good excel and tally knowledge and good communication skills.
