Dear Candidate,

Please find the details below  -

Candidate need to appear on Sat or Sunday (13-July / 14 -July-13) @ 10am sharp.

- We are looking for resources @ SunGard, Aundh office Pune for the Product Support "BPO process".

- The process deals with managing customer data/ records related to their retirement contributions. The client may offer a defined contribution or a defined benefit plan/s (or both) to their plan participants / Clients.

- A plan participant (denoted as a customer) may contact SunGard through their plan sponsor (denoted as our client) for various requests/ changes on the records and this team need to work on such requests.

- The nature of requests could range from simple amendments to participant records (such as change in address, change in beneficiary, etc.) to more complex queries such as stock and cash reconciliation or calculation of dividends, etc.

- Contacts with Clients/ Participants can happen through email/ calls, etc. and the team also works very closely with the US team on all aspects of the processing/ query resolution.

- This a BPO support process hence rotational shifts required. Candidate need to be flexible to work in shifts.

 

Education BBA / BBM / B Com / any commerce background (No MBA's required)

 

Need 2012 / 2013 fresher candidates, who can join within 1 weeks time.
