• Junior Software Engineer (Trainee) for Freshers
• For Experienced Candidates, Designation will be dependent on their experience
Stream/Specialization : Windows and Linux Server Administration & Development

Eligibility Criteria :
• 2012 Batch BTech / BE Candidates
• 2011 or before 2011 Batch Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Server Administration / Webhosting / Linux
• BTech / BE - CS, IT, Electronics branches except (EEE)
• EXCELLENT written communication skills (English - compulsory)
• Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala.
• Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shift)
• Knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows/Networking Preferable but not compulsory.
• Outside Kerala College students are also eligible
• Freshers : Aggregate 60% for 10th, Plus Two, 65% for Btech (64.99% not applicable)
• Experienced : Aggregate 60% throughout 10th, Plus Two and Btech (59.99% not applicable)
• No current arrears
• Those who already attended on 28th September are not eligible.
• All Other candidates can attend the test
Salary :
• FRESHERS: CTC - 2.05L per annum (around 13K per month)
• EXPERIENCED: CTC - Starting from 2.56 L per annum.
• Added benefits: Accommodation, food, transportation to and from the accommodation, medical insurance.

Service Conditions :
• Probation Period and Service agreement for 6 months.
• Shift working is compulsory and 6 day work week.
• Submission of certificate originals at the time of joining.

Work Location :
• Cochin

Selection Process :
• Freshers : Written Test - (Aptitude/Linux/Windows/C/General Technical Awareness, Communication/Written Essay) followed by GD/Technical and HR interviews for the selected candidates.
• Experienced candidates: Written Essay Test for 30 minutes followed by GD/Technical and HR interview rounds for the selected candidates.

• Hall Tickets will be available in SHREDS Login
